Sales agent from Mweb **** to me regarding charges and now my account is suspended

I was sold a Vuma Reach Product via Mweb, which was installed and activated on the 17th of October 2022. I had agreed that payments should go off on the 1st of every month. The sales agent confirmed to me that the pro rata charge will be included with the monthly service fee, on the same bill, but that was the first lie.

There was an attempt to debit my account on the 1st of November, which is the first red flag. Because according to what I was told by the sales agent, I'd expect my first payment on the first of December, which includes the pro rata charge and the monthly recurring charge. Also, the invoice for the attempted debit was not sent to me, nor uploaded on my Mweb account online.

I just called the billing department now and spoke to an agent, Warda Awaldin. She confirmed to me that the invoice for the pro rata was not sent to me and that she was going to put a request for it to be sent to me. I then asked to speak to a manager. She agreed and said she will put me through. To my shock, she transferred me to the sales support department, where I spoke to another agent, Khanyile Skhenjana. Khanyile Skhenjana said a manager by the name of Carmen Lumbath, in the Cape Town branch, will call me in 24 to 72 hours.

1. I'm utterly disgusted by the service provided here. We cannot speak to managers or supervisors directly. We are informed it can take up to 72 hours for them to contact us. 2. Mweb doesn't issue out invoices, so you're in the dark about how much you owe, then they later suspend your account so they can later charge you a hefty reconnection fee. 3. Agents lie and are not being dealt with by management, hence the ****ty behavior of being able to just get rid of paying customers by transferring them anywhere.

RIGHT NOW, I DO NOT HAVE ANY INTERNET SERVICE AND I DEPEND ON THE INTERNET TO GENERATE INCOME. MWEB IS DENYING ME OF AN OPPORTUNITY TO GENERATE INCOME. I will escalate this to ICASA.

Even when you try to make a payment, it shows me the amount due is R0.00 (see attached). They can debit R5000 if they want to, because they don't issue invoices, I wouldn't know what it's for.
