*****s-*****ing from community

MWEB are *****s.They are charging for internet services which they dont provide.Its been three days now the we dont have internet in our entire town.When i phoned help desk two days ago their response was they were aware of the problem and did not know what the problem was. How can we pay for a service we dont receive and dont even know when services will be restored
