Rude unhelpful staff.. and cancelllation tactics

I tried calling them for 2 days to cancel my service and once I eventually got through to the cancellation department my call kept being dropped.. 5 days later I was told that I have to give a calender month notice .. which I would have done had my call been answered.. The cheeky and rude guy who helped me then said I had the whole month to cancel why didn't I do it sooner. .. (I tried to explain that I had only decided on the move that previous week. But he was unhelpful told me to lay a complaint which I did and up until now, when I had to call them again nobody bothered calling me back even though the mail said they would get back to me withing 24 to 48 hours . I have been a loyal client for the past 9 years only to be treated with such discontent by the staff. Thanks Mweb
