Rude consultants

Worst service ever!!! consultants are rude and hang up in the middle of the call!! i have been waiting for my order since 14 Dec only to call today and be told the address is not correct it says free standing not complex that is why it was not delivered! the house is free standing within an estate which was confirmed over the phone when the lady confirmed my order this is bull****!!! can someone assist me x***6
