Rude call center agents

I've been waiting for over 3 days to be called back regarding my order! The call center agents namely Daryll and Nthabiseng (if i remember her name correctly) did not keep to their promise of calling me back at a more suitable time

Both agents were also very rude to both myself and my husband which proves again that Mweb is solely after sales and could care less about their customers

Horrible experience thus far!
