Rude and pathetic sales consultants

<p>The sales consultants are rude, and useless. Where do you ever just slam the phone in a potential customer's ear? The Mweb sales consultant answered the phone with a very bad attitude but I wanted to know about what they had to offer and after I asked if they perhaps could explain to me more about a wireless deal, the consultant just told me she can only explain fibre deals and slammed the phone in my ear. It is very rude and inappropriate. Perhaps they should provide better training for the sales people as they just lost a potential customer due to rude consultants and a lack of knowledge about their own product. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had this experience. Pathetic </p>
