I have been struggling since the beginning of feb 2023 to get my LTE sorted out. I have downgraded my service and it should have started in Feb (the new plan). Since Feb my wifi doesn't work. Tech support cant help me, the query on the app is useless, takes 5 days to respond, now they want me to do a sim swap... I really need help with my telkom LTE!
