******* LTE and false advertising

Dear Mweb, I have been a loyal customer for a long time up till now. I had an 10 meg ADSL line with you and had some issues with Telkom being down quite a few times and decided to change to LTE with you. Your site shows that LTE is available in my area and yet Cell-C show it is not. You promised me over 2 months ago that you would take this up with Cell-c and i do not get any response from you anymore so i took the liberty of contacting Cell-C myself. Can you please explain their response to me? -------------------------- Cell C According to our coverage map your address falls out of the Fixed-LTE coverage area. https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/coverage-map. It has come to our attention that some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that resell Cell C’s fixed-LTE service to their customers have sold this service outside of the fixed-LTE coverage areas. Our contracts with these partners’ stipulate that ISPs are obliged to consult the Cell C fixed-LTE coverage map to ensure customers are within the coverage areas before selling this service to customers.
