Router for 2 weeks, no fibre, no progress, no updates

I'm exhausted. Vumatel installed fibre in my unit of a fibre ready complex. Vumatel even confirmed 4 other fibre users in complex. The light is green indicating it is live. Received router from Mweb 2 weeks ago. I have spoken to so many different people but nobody at Mweb is taking ownership of my problem. I have even been promised a call back last week Saturday, but nobody called. Each time I call it takes about 20-30 minutes and then to get nowhere. I have even submitted a query online but no promise of a resolve. I'm so exhausted that I don't even have the energy to be rude in this complaint. I am defeated... you win Mweb, congrats!
