Router and sim

I took a contract on the 8th and they promised to deliver my router and Sim card within 7 to 10 days but nothing yet and I tried to call their call center to get clarification but they all missing in action, no one is answering their phone and I am now doubting the legit of this and what if nextime I have a problem.
