Ripping customers off

MWEB internet services are *****sters, I have been receiving emails that I have to pay them because I am using their internet and i have responded back to them that I do not use their services but on another service provider and got no response then again phoned them in June and the lady said to me she will forward it for investigation and that zoom fibre converted all their contracts to MWEB and she could not see me having an active account and till today I have not been contacted until now that I got an SMS saying they have handed me over and when I make contact to the number provided for LexMed I'm told I made an enquiry via internet and they need to recover the R1531.55, who hands over people for not using their fiber internet that was never even installed they don't even know where I stay. I need that account closed and my name removed from handed over list.
