*******, you will be stuck paying mweb FOREVER!!!

I have been trying to cancel MWeb for weeks now, i have been with them for 3 years, my account is on a month to month, hence I can cancel anytime I would like. I have been trying to cancel, they just will not budge, not even listen to the conversation. If you get into bed with these guys, watchout, you will be locked in. The only other way is to request you bank cancel your debit order.
