*******: Cancellation of contract with Mweb

I had to cancel my Mweb account due to an urgent relocation issue and despite a factual and proven explanation to Mweb, they still insisted on a payment of over R2,200 to cancel my service despite my personal emergency. You are a ******* and do not install trust for me in using your service again.
