Ridiculously Pathetic Service

Absolutely Pathetic service. Their own website does not work. If they can be online efficiently, they'll never be able to get you online. The website cannot process an online order for fibre. Call Centre is an absolute nightmare. I really can't understand why such a poor level of service.
