Ridiculous Throttling Limits

Good Day To whom this may concern<br> <br> I am complaining because of MWEB's Ridiculous Throttling Limits and that they don't let you know when you are close to your limit or reached your limit. I have a 4 Meg Uncapped from mweb and they give me 110 gig to download each month. This is the second time in 6 years that I have been throttled and I use my internet the same way as I do every month. Below is my usage from the 1st Feb - 12th Feb: = 57 gig in 12 days and I have only played online gaming mostly, so I want to know how this is possible because with a 3G modem I used to use 3 gig a month for online gaming and now I use more than 3 gig a day? <br> <br> Date Data Sent (MB) Data Received (MB) Total (MB)<br> <br> TOTAL 7,979.43 49,643.06 57,622<br> <br> Why can't mweb boost up the throttling limits with a 100 gig?<br> Why can't mweb just work with a throttling system from the 1st to 1st of each month? <br> Why can only the 4 Meg Premium Uncapped download to 400 gig before they get throttled and not the 4 Meg Standard Uncapped, because the only difference between Premium and Standard Lines is that the Premium is more Stable than the Standard Lines?
