Ridiculous services from MWeb.

Hi Friends,

I am having very bad experience from MWeb. We have app**** for fibre installation at our new place where everything is available to activate. We have provided all the necessary details but Mweb is still delaying to assist and none of the consultant are in touch with us to tell whats happening and we tried calling them and consultant who I have spoken to us is refused to give her name. this is ridiculous service.
