Ridiculous service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service received from Mweb, on installation of my Fibre I had to deal directly with Vumtel to get the line working because mweb is a **** show!!! Now, I've recently moved premises and requested for my line to be moved 2 weeks later the line is not moved I'm told that mweb is waiting for vumatel to release my line!!! Question how many hands are need to release a single line!!!! The service is pathetic!!!!
