Ridiculous mweb technical

Pathetic service I have been with mweb for so long and they doing this ... Since Friday I got no internet spending hours on the phone with them airtime going they can't call back as it's a call centre sent complaint out they don't respond ... I have already cancelled my service will only end in March so for now I need my internet working I am trying to get assistance and no one is helping there's rude agents on live chat this is utterly nonsense if I don't get a response I'm going to the ombudsman
