Ridiculous call centre waiting times

Frustrating - waiting times for Billing/Queries Extremely Frustrating. Their online chat on the app is a complete waste of time, waiting forever and never getting a response and then dont let me talk about the call centre? or is it just one person working????? I have been holding on for 1 hour 38 minutes............... since the start i have been 2nd in line and now I am nr 1 since about 45 minutes ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
