Ridiculous bullies (MWeb/Vuma)

These people think that they can just bully me into paying a premium I never asked for. Last month, Feb I signed up for a R639 fibre package deal, about two weeks later they tell me that unfortunately that deal is not available anymore and I have been moved to a R689 package. I keep telling them that I don't want the new deal because that is not a signed up for but they don't care. They are not even trying to help my situation, the arrogance is just out of this world. Donot do the mistake of signing up with MWeb. They are bullies and just don't care
