Retention Discount Removed.

I have been with wmeb for a few years now, and 1 year ago I was offered a better deal for the fiber internet line with another company, I asked for my line to be cancelled. When they contacted me to find out why they said they would give me a better price so that I would stay with them, now they have cancelled the retention discount and refuse to put it back, but if I had left I would have been paying a better price with the company I was going to change to. Very Disappointed with service.
