Response by automated reference number
Why is it that MWeb billing never respond whether you are complaining or just requesting information.They send you a reference number and you never get a further response.<br> <br> I now have 5 reference numbers to which I have had no response.<br> I sent them an EMail requesting some information to which they actually rep**** but missed my point by a country mile.<br> I then re requested the information but besides the reference number am still waiting<br> This seems to be the only medium through which I can get any answers from someone
