Repulsive service!
Disgusting servive - I followed process well in advance, yet due to likely ONE staff member NOT READING the ticket fully, my service was not cancelled as per request. Then I have to make 6> calls to Mweb and Vuma to learn that I have to wait until Monday when Admin is working again. I provided ALL relevant ref no's but nobody is able to fulfill one simple task. I would never recommend MWEB. Since aign up 12 months ago, I have struggled with getting propper and decent service from them. The people that apparently can make decisions and make things happen do not work on weekends and that to them is just the way it is.
