Release my line MWEB!

If I cold give a zero rating I would.

How long does it take to release line when I gave you 6 weeks notice of cancellation.

After being on the phone for almost 3 hours there is still no solution, Im not able to join another ISP before Mweb actions.

Why cant MWEB just release my line!!!!
