RELEASE MY FIBRE LINE NOW!!!!

On 05 December 2022, I placed an order with MWEB and then two months later end of February they want to deliver the router. Where do you think I was getting access to internet the whole 3 months? I cancelled the your order but now you have blocked my line. You need to release my fibre line so a competent ISP can take over.
