Reinstallation of Fibre - Moving Team

Good Day

I'm laying this complaint on behalf of my partner Romario Petersen which has a firbe account with MWeb. We moved and sent an email to the moving team and they came back saying it will take 10 working days from the day i sent the email in order for them to come reinstall the firbe at our new place!

we work from home , having to now use our cellphones which makes our work even slower and inconvenient! its been more than 10 days and they still haven't came back with any feedback as yet!!!!

unacceptable client service! don't tell a client something will be resolved within a certain period of time and then its not!
