REGRETTING MWEB

I started my order on the 02-09-2024. I was contacted and told my account is setup etc. On the first week i got a call Vuma tell was told to come out and sort out my internet. They came but MWEB did not sent the router, The router order was placed on 2-09-2024 , it was supposed to be delivered 11-09-2024 , we are now on the 25-09-2024. Plus when they call no one kknows anything, they tell me that the line has not be released when vumatel advised is they need to activate the line. I AM now regretting even deciding to go with them. The lady i spoke to on friday 20-09-2024 , when i asked her why is the router is not delivered and how can it take this long , she said well its not been a month yet , as if that is supposed to say its ok for their useless service.
