Refusing to reconnect internet

I have requested mweb to reconnect my internet. It's been 2 weeks of no internet. I have sent them so any requests and none of them are attended to.

They are also refusing to cancel my subscription with them. What's the point of paying for a service and not being able to use it?

Mweb is a ****. You can never get ahold of them.
