Refusing to cancel my subscription

Mweb is refusing to cancel my subscription after I told them I can no longer afford to pay the subscription after being retrenched, they sent an sms first reading "The staff discount on your MWEB connectivity product will end on 30 June due to you not being a staff member, contact *** for further assistance", when I called to cancel, they want to cancel end of July, how do I pay for July if a can no longer afford to, retrenchment or not, they want their money.
