Refusal to cancel account. ***
GDTY,<br> This lady refuses to furnish me with details of services rendered. I am being charged for an adsl line which I have not got. She refuses to cancel the ******* contract and refund my monies that are being deducted from my bank account since 1 Jan 2015.<br> Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated.<br> <br> Thank you<br> Nico van Heerden<br>
