REFUND QUERY

The worst service ever in my life, I despise the company. I have been waiting for my refund since January 2023. I sent all the necessary docs to them only to be asked again on 06 March 2023 to resend the docs. After sending the docs the agent tells me that the email address "might" not be working. Agents are not clued up on previous query. Empty promises of call backs. When ever you ask for a Team Leader or supervisor they are all "working from home" ended up cancelling my subscription with them. Worst call center agents .
