REFUND not provided

MWEB is by far the worst service provider, my husband opened an account for the house and he passed away in July,i paid for July & Aug and they cut off our access, i called and logged multiple queries and till this date 27 Aug i havent had connection, i requested for a refund for Aug, nothing has been given to me, i cant even grieve my husband in peace, im stressing because they are more concerned about getting his death certificate and changing ownership of the account he had with MWEB, i provided them with the death certificate 22 Aug '24 and no refund has been sent, im going to log a case with the OMBUDSMAN for such unnecessary stress, poor service and insensitiveness provided by MWEB. I EXTREMELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE PROVIDER
