Refund not done

Hi. I app**** for the Mweb(Vuma) WIFI last year December. I for the R400 package unfortunately there's no infrastructure available in my ares for Vuma. When the technician came they told me they can't assist due to the reason mentioned. I asked what will happen to the money I paid. I was told to call the service provider they will refund me. I did all that and sent all the documents that were needed. I was told they will refund my money after 21 working days. After 21 days lapsed I reached out to them and they didn't assist me. It's been 2 months now without any feedback.
