Refund my money.

So I ordered a package from MWEB and the installers (VUMA) called me and asked for my address, which I gave and unfortunately they could not pick it on their side and requested for an ERF number which I do not have. I have tried calling MWEB and their voice prompts is a nightmare to listen to and going around in circles while my airtime is running out. I then decided to log a query on their site witch also in turn is a major disaster as the "Query Type" drop down is greyed out but HAVE to use it before submitting the query. All I want is my money back that is all nothing more nothing less.
