Refund from Mweb and Vumatel

I requested for a refund regarding my internet that has been offline for 2 months (I think in May & June) and instead of refunding my money the same way they have been dedcuting they were giving me the run around as to which department is responsible for that... Until they put me into the correct department and just to be told Vumatel is responsible for that but when i call Vumatel they say they don't deal with such. and I have been buying airtime after airtime just to get through to them and at times I might spend long period on the phone just to have to call drop and start the process all over again. Long story short it has been almost six months and still nothing and I am ready to go to their offices next week in Century City to get my money.

All I am going to say... Never make arrangements for internet if they don't have branches. Rather stick to Mtn, Vodacom, Cell c or Telkom. Places you would rather have physical access to.
