Refund

Kindly please assist to get my refund back from Mweb, In December I upgraded my sim and the old sim was not disconnected, due to that I was billed for both sim cards. My bill including bank charges was R1345.00, I called the contact center several times with no joy and same response kept being advise to me. I spoke to the following agents Nquthokazi, Gino Marchesi, Sizwe Dladla and I was told marilyn Haupt (manager) and no call was received.
