REFUND!!!!!
I Inquired about Wi-Fi as I move to a new location, I was informed by Mweb that I can get Vuma Wi-Fi through them and will have to make payment before they can send someone for installation . On the 9th of June was given the details to pay before installation can be completed and payment was processed. On the 11th of June I enquired about when installation will be done, only to receive a reply that Vuma no longer service this area and they will log a refund that will be 15 days.
I have been requesting feedback to be emailed to me regarding the refund from the 4th of July as this is past the 15 days and have still not received any.

31 Jul 2025, 11:23It is the 31st of July and I have only got some resolution (if that is what you can call it), I called again today only for them to now send me a message with a email address that I should send my bank details.
