Refund

Mweb and Vumatel is failed me. I paid for my order on the 8th of January but they haven't installed nor deliver my order. I requested for a refund 2 or 3 months back but still they did not refund me. Mweb says I should contact Vumatel, when I contact Vumatel they say I must contact Mweb. I'm very disappointed in their service and I want my refund. their service is very bad
