You guys don't deserve a single star, I have been waiting on my refund for 2 months now. First I was pushed around and promised that fiber would be installed just to tell me a month later that we don't cover your area. What bull**** is this? I want my ****in money today!!!!!!! Every ****en day I am told, we have sent it to the fiber team for further escalation. The money didn't go into the Fiber team bank account, it went into yours. I want my money today.!!!!!
