Refund

So my debit order went off on the 23rd on the 29 my router wasnt switching on, called ticket was logged for maintainance with Vumatel, got an sms from mweb saying vumatel nolonger doing maintenance or installations in my area, which is understandable but when i request my refund they say they dnt do refunds...

Good day, Vumatel advised that installations and maintenance in the area are on hold due to unsafe conditions. There is currently no ETA to resolve outstanding faults. Regards Mweb
