Rediculious Customer Surport

I not sure whether Mweb has Stupid or just clueless idiots working there, After waiting on the phone for over a hour & 5 consultants later transferring me from one to another, I just had to hand up ( & this happened twice) I just needed to confirm if my documents i emailed to them were in order & everything was good on their side , as i requested my old telephone number to be ported .I am now thinking I have made the biggest mistake by moving over to Mweb
