Recurring Hosting Security problem- Frustrating and huge business disruption

I have been using MWEB for my company web-hosting and e mail hosting. Over last three months my Cpanel and e mail password get automatically changes and my domain used for sending spam and malicious mails. I have approached Mweb abuse ( Gary), Mweb complaints, OFC domains Mweb and wenhosting team ( Mr. Mogamat). The probelwm iin march took more then three weeks to resolve and mu website was black listed . They changes the Cpanel passwords on backend , asked me to check my computer for viurses and malware. we did all that. we even checked if my cell phone was cloned. Once done it was declared as resolved. The probeem reoccured last week and this time my access to Cpanel was alcos blocked , took a wek and again the passowrd was changed at back end and resolved this morning. Whiel i wa senquiring why it is happening again on email. the probelm again happened and i am locked out of my cpanel and my e mail password changed and malicious mails sent again. we have already been reported to German police and Interpol in Europe. I really need MWEB to resolve this ASAP . It has been really frustrating 2 months and there is no way to escalate it further . The cost of business disruption is unbearable and no one in Mweb has a clue how to resolve the recurrence. MWEB PLEASE HELP- www.Liftforce.net
