Recurring Debit Order
I don't want MWeb fibre because my house cannot handle a second installation. I told them this after I noticed there was a recurring debit order on my account. The debit order is for the fee they charge before anything is even done so they haven't even come to my house...they haven't sent me anything...and yet they keep trying to deduct R 200 odd when I know for a fact that the second line cannot be put on my property. They won't stop their debit order.

From your side, you’ve clearly indicated that a second fibre installation is not possible at your property, yet you’re still seeing an order-related debit which understandably feels incorrect, especially as no installation or service delivery has taken place. We can confirm that this has been logged with our Openserve team to assist with the cancellation of the order and to review the request for a credit relating to the order processing fee. They will investigate the installation status, confirm that no physical service was delivered, and action the cancellation so that any incorrect billing linked to the order can be addressed accordingly.Kind regards,
