Reconnection

I have never in my life experience such bad services. I have been trying to call Mweb since last week. I sent them my query and call the agent. I feel like every chance the get they drop the line after being on the line for more then an hour with their agent. No one calls me back and the worse is that phone operator, we are calling with our own money just to get services reconnected. Guys really what is this. I have never in my life seen such pathetic services. I will no longer be reconnected my services it's okay cause you dont need my money anyways.
