Really Poor Services MWEB

I have been struggling for three weeks now to get a service in Goedemoed. I moved from Pretoria to CPT and did a formal transfer of services in August already. Mweb requested me to stay with them and now to struggle getting a service for three weeks and getting the same answers all the time. they just blame Vumatel the entire time after I got the previous owner to even try and get the services connected. She even mailed Mweb, and Vumatel to assist. I then said they must cancel my services only to find out today that they must now talk to Vodacom to release the services. They make no effort to actually get things done. Maybe I will get someone to call me and I dont have to talk to a BOT if I complain here. Charles *** lets see
