Really Pathetic Services Received

I have been trying to move my services from Pretoria to Cape Town and have been struggling for three days now calling, using the online web chat and emails and still cannot get any feedback. I have literally made about 15 calls spend hours waiting in queue, or trying to do web chat without success. They just don't call back, allow one to talk to someone that can try and assist.

I want them to cancel my service as I am now going to another SP after the sales person did such a good job to retain me when I wanted to cancel.
