Really hopeless.

Still waiting and it now more than a month that the order has been placed. This is horrible. How can maintenance take 20 days? there is no communication on updates which means I need to phone in and ask what is going on. Constantly hearing "will take it up with my boss" but nothing is coming from it. This services is truly horrible. Is there an email address I can try because using R300 airtime is really unacceptable.
