Really bad service

Honestly I have had no problem with mweb.But my phone number has changed.I am trying to get a hold of them to change my number but I can die to them sending OTP to my old number.Then when I want to log into my account it sends an OTP to my old number.can someone please contact me as this is getting ridiculous.
