Real "helpfull" ISP

<p>We requested a upgrade on the 11th of August and it looked like everything was going fine till yesterday that we got a sms saying the wrong number was provided and the upgrade was canceled. This is totally unexceptable that I have to call after MWEB to sort this out. They are asupposed to call me asking what the right number is since we requested for the upgrade. WHY THE HELL does it take so much effort and time to upgrade to a better line??? This is totally a waste of time working with MWEB that falsely advertises "uncapped" deals (but you do get capped after a certain ammount of cap used), also letting me only know about the upgrade not being succesfull and then leaving it there as if I need to come do everything my self. Please do tell me what service MWEB provides since i'm not seeing ANYTHING since I also contacted MWEB through their facebook page and someone came back asking for the acc details but no reply from them after that. I'm over this horrible "service". We have been with MWEB for 17 years, and this just clearly shows how great their service is towards long standing customers! </p>
