Real bad helpdesk service after big outage - can't they reset all accounts to get people working. Should not cost me any thing. Step 1 in their steps say to do nothing - it will correct by itselff.

I have been down since 10h00 today. Tried to do it online via their Chat - waited for more than 3 hours - no response. Phone, used up all my minutes - got to number 20 - an still no internet. Now using somebody else phone to connect and try again via app. just sitting and waiting - no idea how far in queue I am.

Eventually got working after another 40 minutes. Chat / Helpdesk staff multitask and talk to more than one customer at a time, making you hang around and wait for a response.
